Music education is the pedagogic apparatus of teaching and learning of music. In the school setting, there are various uses of music education which are collectively called collaborative studies. As a fundamental part of education, these workshops utilises an extensive variety of approaches and resources for teaching music to students with learning disabilities, (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, physical challenges and sensory challenges, etc.). Session activities centre on reading, written work, singing, playing of instruments, listening to Caribbean music, practical’s, discussions and lectures.
